By purchasing this programme, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Overview

Back to Balance™ is a holistic health coaching service provided by Georgia Butters, Naturopathic Nutritionist & Holistic Health Coach.

Upon purchase, you will receive access to a comprehensive Health & Wellness Evaluation. Based on your responses, a personalised protocol and support plan will be created and delivered within 5–7 working days.

Your programme includes:

  • A personalised nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement protocol

  • Scheduled coaching calls (as agreed upon at sign-up)

  • Ongoing support via the agreed communication method

  • Access to the private coaching app

You agree to:

  • Attend scheduled calls on time

  • Engage with the recommendations provided

  • Communicate openly and honestly

2. Coaching App Access

As part of your programme, you will receive access to a private coaching app, available exclusively to Back to Balance™ clients.

By using the app, you agree that:

  • Your login details are strictly personal and must not be shared

  • Any materials, resources, or content within the app must not be copied, distributed, or shared externally

  • Access to the app may be revoked at the end of your programme.

3. Communication & Support Boundaries

Support is provided within reasonable working hours.

  • Response times are typically within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday)

  • Communication outside of this scope is not guaranteed

  • This service does not provide emergency or 24/7 support

Communication should remain within reasonable and appropriate limits. Excessive, repetitive, or unreasonable messaging may not receive immediate responses and may be redirected to scheduled coaching calls.

4. Payments & Payment Plans

All programme fees must be paid in full or via an agreed payment plan before coaching commences.

  • Payment plans are a commitment to the full programme fee

  • Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of services

  • All payments are non-refundable

Payment plans are offered via third-party providers such as Klarna or Clearpay. These options may include a slightly higher total programme cost to account for associated platform fees.

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to the terms set by the chosen provider, in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

5. Scheduling & Missed Check-In Calls

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a check-in

  • Missed check-ins without notice may be forfeited

  • Check-ins must be used within the duration of the programme unless otherwise agreed

6. Programme Duration

Programmes are time-bound:

  • 4-week, 8-week, and 12-week options must be completed within their respective timeframes

Extensions may be offered at an additional cost.

7. Disclaimer

Georgia Butters is not a medical doctor or licensed healthcare provider.

The guidance provided is based on Georgia’s professional training through The College of Naturopathic Medicine, reputable research, and practical experience in Nutrition and Holistic Health.

You acknowledge that:

  • This service does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions

  • It is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment

  • You should consult your GP or healthcare provider before making changes

8. Client Responsibility

You are fully responsible for your health decisions and actions.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and medications

  • Take responsibility for verifying suitability of recommendations

Georgia Butters is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information

9. Results Disclaimer

Results are not guaranteed and will vary depending on:

  • Individual health status

  • Consistency and adherence

  • External factors outside of control

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Georgia Butters shall not be held liable for:

  • Any injury, illness, or adverse reaction

  • Any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in this programme

11. Termination

Georgia Butters reserves the right to terminate services without refund if:

  • A client behaves inappropriately or abusively

  • A client fails to comply with agreed expectations

12. Intellectual Property

All materials provided are the intellectual property of Georgia Butters.

They are for personal use only and must not be:

  • Copied

  • Shared

  • Distributed

13. Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for:

  • Programme delivery

  • Communication

Your data will not be shared or sold to third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
